The terms on which MS Clicks sells through this website.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Who we are
This website (wn.pixelsuggest.com) is operated by MS Clicks, a sole proprietorship owned by Tanvirul Alam Siddiquee, at Radha Nagar, Abul Kashemer Bari, TNO Officer Pase Akhaura, B Baria. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean MS Clicks; “you” means the customer.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation e-mail. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error — and if we do, we refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and include the item price only; shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. Card and PayPal payments are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Use products only as described on their packaging and product page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the order was placed.
Intellectual property
The text, images and logo on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
