Who runs MS Clicks?
MS Clicks is a sole proprietorship owned and run by Tanvirul Alam Siddiquee, at Radha Nagar, Abul Kashemer Bari, TNO Officer Pase Akhaura, B Baria. The full business details are at the bottom of every page.
How do I pay?
With any of the payment methods shown at checkout, such as PayPal. Payments are processed securely by the payment provider; we never see your card details.
When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days of payment. The delivery cost and estimated arrival time are shown at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping e-mail, or the Track Your Order page with your order number and e-mail address.
Can I return something?
Yes — unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. See the Refund Policy.
Do you sell on Amazon too?
Yes. Some MS Clicks products are also sold on Amazon and shipped by Amazon. Orders placed on Amazon are handled through your Amazon account, including returns.
